Tech Report I analyzes the compliance of the TED mechanical system and building construction with ASHRAE Std. 62.1-2007 and ASHRAE Std. 90.1-2007.

Tech Report II describes the results of a block load model and energy simulation and compares these results to actual design values.

Tech Report III presents an overview of the designed mechanical system that includes design parameters and requirements, the first cost, design loads, operation descriptions and schematics, annual energy use and associated operational costs, a LEED analysis, and an evaluation.
